My teachings are reflective of my education in Mysore, India with Yoga Master M.V. Chidananda, grounded in the traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. I work through the traditional sequence of the Primary Series, one asana at a time at a pace bespoke to the student, with great emphasis on breathing and bandhas in order to purify the body and settle the mind.
My intention is to share aspects of yoga beyond the physical technique of asana to support a more sustainable and mindful practice. My teaching method is aimed at allowing you to engage in personal enquiry, encouraging you to accept and celebrate your individual yoga journey. A consistent practice of yoga helps us discover our innate potential. Let’s practice together.
